Young gastronome born in Alès on February 4, 1984

Throughout his culinary journey, which began in 2004 alongside chef René Turonnet, he cut his teeth and perfected his culinary technique in quality establishments:

For Julien, cooking is a passion to live and pass on, but it is also moments of sharing, ideas, know-how, products and real teamwork where quality, creativity and rigor come together. ‘a.

The pleasure of cooking, eating, tasting good products, is a family tradition initiated by his maternal grandmother with whom, as a child, he prepared delicious meals as soon as they returned from the market on Wednesdays.
