Tras 10 a\u00f1os trabajando en varios establecimientos de la regi\u00f3n parisina, Sandoz se sinti\u00f3 cada vez m\u00e1s atra\u00eddo por la pasteler\u00eda y su rigor, y decidi\u00f3 perfeccionar a\u00fan m\u00e1s sus habilidades. Tambi\u00e9n trabaj\u00f3 durante 10 a\u00f1os en este campo en establecimientos punteros como \u00abLa Dur\u00e9e\u00bb de Par\u00eds y \u00abMaison Bonnaire\u00bb de Montpellier.
