Sandoz Chhel, 39, born in Montpellier to a Cambodian father and a Spanish mother, will surprise you with a blend of flavors.<\/p>\n

Sandoz means honesty and tolerance in Cambodian.
A lover and enthusiast of cooking from an early age, Sandoz is a chef by trade.<\/p>\n

After 10 years of practice in several establishments in the Paris region, Sandoz felt increasingly attracted to pastry-making and its rigor, and decided to perfect his skills further.<\/p>\n
